After giving away all of my worldly possessions I moved to South Africa with my two young children to start fresh in life, only to find myself in the same situations as before, but with a different cast of characters.  After only three months I moved back home to pick up the pieces.  In the months after coming back from South Africa, I was able to rebuild my life free from boxes, expectations and limitations.  Transformation began and I found my "Yay Factor!"  

The Yay Factor™ is about living true to your Spirit and your true authentic self!  It is about breaking out of the boxes and molds that we find ourselves in after years in an unhealthy relationship, in an unfulfilling job, or in a religious practice that no longer is true to your Spirit.
