These activies are designed to challenge you to get out of the box of conformity and into a Spirit filled life that will have you saying "Yay!" in no time. This multi-directional approach will help you unblock emotional pathways; liberate your body, mind and spirit to give you the grace to tackle life, one situation at a time.
All clients begin with the 12 week program and we focus on the main goal or transition in your life right now. After that if you choose to keep coming weekly or on an as needed basis, that is quite welcomed! Most choose to pick another area or goal of their life to work on and continue to do the 12 week program once more.

The Yay Factor™ on-going or as needed program is for people who have already completed at least one 12 week block with Flora and would like to continue on in other areas of their lives, or on an as needed basis when things arise.
